All-Inclusive Weekend Wedding Package
Friday night rehearsal and Saturday Wedding (or Thursday/Friday or Saturday/ Sunday)
All Inclusive Package 2025
- 12 hours of rental time
- Venue, eight pews and chairs for wedding guest, tables and chairs, and white table cloths for rehearsal dinner and reception
- Decorative Lighting
- Assorted Décor – Lanterns, wood slices, vases, mason jars, etc.
- Wooden buffet tables for food, wood table for registry
- DJ and sound system
- Flowers for Arbor decorated, bouquet flowers on tables sitting on wood slices centerpiece, 3 bridesmaid’s bouquets, 2 bouquets for bride (one to keep and one to throw)
- Boutonnieres for the Groom, Groomsmen, 2 Dads, and Corsages for the moms
- Catering – BBQ, sauces, baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw, rolls, sweet tea, unsweetened tea, water, plates, cups, ice, napkins, and utensils
- Staff to serve and clean up. Staff will do all the setup for the wedding and reception
- Trash removal service
- Use of fire pit out back
- Wedding Coordinator for rehearsal and wedding
Up to 100 Guest | $6100.00
Note:
- ** Add an extra $50 to the package for more than three bridesmaids.
- ** Rental of Bridal Suite: $185 extra for the day or $325 for a weekend rental
- ** A 25% non-refundable deposit at booking and another 25% non-refundable deposit 90 days before the scheduled event. Final non-refundable payment in full is due 30 days before the scheduled event.
Package A

- Venue, eight church pews and chairs for wedding, tables, chairs, and white tablecloths for tables for rehearsal and reception
- Decorative Lighting
- DJ for rehearsal and wedding
- Centerpiece wood slices on all tables, arbor for wedding and lanterns, and use of fire pit out back of the venue
- Wedding coordinator for rehearsal and wedding
- Catering – BBQ, sauces, baked beans, loaded baked potatoes or potato salad, coleslaw, rolls, sweet tea, unsweetened tea, water, plates, cups, ice, napkins, and utensils
- Staff to serve and clean up. Staff will do all the setup for the wedding and reception
- Trash removal service
Up to 100 Guest | $5100.00
Note:

- Venue: Eight church pews and chairs for weddings, tables, chairs, and white tablecloths for rehearsal dinner and reception.
